District teams will visit selected schools and kindergartens, focusing on conditions around dismissal time.\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u7231\u56fd\u536b\u751f\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u4e0e\u5e02\u6559\u59d4\u6b63\u5728\u534f\u8c03\u5f00\u5c55\u68c0\u67e5\u53ca\u516c\u4f17\u5ba3\u4f20\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5404\u533a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5c06\u8d70\u8bbf\u9009\u5b9a\u7684\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b66\u548c\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u653e\u5b66\u65f6\u6bb5\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspectors will check whether smoke-free campus signs are prominently displayed at entrances and waiting areas, and whether people seen smoking are promptly reminded to stop.\u68c0\u67e5\u4eba\u5458\u5c06\u6838\u67e5\u6821\u95e8\u53e3\u53ca\u7b49\u5019\u533a\u662f\u5426\u9192\u76ee\u5f20\u8d34\u65e0\u70df\u6821\u56ed\u6807\u8bc6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u5bf9\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u5438\u70df\u4eba\u5458\u53ca\u65f6\u4e88\u4ee5\u529d\u963b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The drive comes despite a substantial decline in smoking across the city. Shanghai&#8217;s adult smoking rate has fallen by 8.3 percentage points to 18.6 percent since tobacco-control legislation was introduced in 2010, reaching the Healthy China 2030 target ahead of schedule, according to the campaign announcement. A survey of 10,000 people conducted by the city&#8217;s health bureau and other organizations found that nearly 60 percent frequently encountered outdoor secondhand smoke. More than 90 percent disliked it, and over 70 percent found it unacceptable.\u7136\u800c\uff0c42%\u7684\u975e\u5438\u70df\u8005\u4f1a\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u4e8c\u624b\u70df\u3002\u8be5\u5e02\u536b\u751f\u5c40\u7b49\u673a\u6784\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u9488\u5bf91\u4e07\u4eba\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u8fd160%\u7684\u4eba\u7ecf\u5e38\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u6237\u5916\u4e8c\u624b\u70df\u3002\u8d85\u8fc790%\u7684\u4eba\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u53cd\u611f\uff0c70%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u4eba\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a5\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly 30 percent of respondents said they had encountered smoke at school gates while dropping off or collecting students.\u8fd130%\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u63a5\u9001\u5b66\u751f\u65f6\u66fe\u5728\u6821\u95e8\u53e3\u9047\u5230\u8fc7\u70df\u96fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shanghai&#8217;s regulations on protecting minors prohibit smoking and drinking in schools, kindergartens, areas near their gates and other public places where minors gather. Yet school entrances remain a weak point in tobacco control, the announcement said.\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4fdd\u62a4\u6761\u4f8b\u7981\u6b62\u5728\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u3001\u6821\u95e8\u5468\u8fb9\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u805a\u96c6\u7684\u516c\u5171\u573a\u6240\u5438\u70df\u3001\u996e\u9152\u3002\u4f46\u516c\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u5b66\u6821\u5165\u53e3\u4ecd\u662f\u63a7\u70df\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u8584\u5f31\u73af\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the inspection campaign, schools will assign responsibilities to tobacco-control supervisors, who will discourage smoking and cigarette-butt littering during busy arrival and departure periods.\u9664\u4e86\u4e13\u9879\u6574\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u5916\uff0c\u5404\u5b66\u6821\u8fd8\u4f1a\u4e3a\u63a7\u70df\u7763\u5bfc\u5458\u5206\u914d\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u5728\u4e0a\u4e0b\u5b66\u9ad8\u5cf0\u65f6\u6bb5\u529d\u963b\u5438\u70df\u884c\u4e3a\u5e76\u6e05\u7406\u70df\u8482\u5783\u573e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schools will also use parent groups and meetings to explain the rules, while encouraging students to pass smoke-free messages to their families.
