Speed contests and head-to-head freestyle battles will bring international jump rope competition to Shanghai’s suburban Baoshan District on October 24-25, with activities for visitors beyond the competition floor.10月24日至25日，速度賽與一對一自由式挑戰賽將把國際跳繩賽事帶到上海寶山區，賽場外還爲觀衆準備了各類活動。

The 2026 Shanghai International Jump Rope Elite Competition will take place at Baoshan Xinyefang in Gaojing Town. Nearly 200 athletes from 12 countries and regions across four continents are expected.2026年上海國際跳繩精英賽將在高境鎮寶山新業坊舉辦。預計將有來自全球四大洲12個國家和地區的近200名運動員參賽。

The program offers three different tests: speed, endurance and technique. The all-around competition combines a 30-second speed event, a three-minute endurance event and an individual freestyle routine.該項目包含三種不同的測試：速度、耐力和技巧。全能比賽結合了30秒速度項目、三分鐘耐力項目以及一套個人自由操動作。
