Speed contests and head-to-head freestyle battles will bring international jump rope competition to Shanghai’s suburban Baoshan District on October 24-25, with activities for visitors beyond the competition floor.10月24日至25日，速度赛与一对一自由式挑战赛将把国际跳绳赛事带到上海宝山区，赛场外还为观众准备了各类活动。

The 2026 Shanghai International Jump Rope Elite Competition will take place at Baoshan Xinyefang in Gaojing Town. Nearly 200 athletes from 12 countries and regions across four continents are expected.2026年上海国际跳绳精英赛将在高境镇宝山新业坊举办。预计将有来自全球四大洲12个国家和地区的近200名运动员参赛。

The program offers three different tests: speed, endurance and technique. The all-around competition combines a 30-second speed event, a three-minute endurance event and an individual freestyle routine.该项目包含三种不同的测试：速度、耐力和技巧。全能比赛结合了30秒速度项目、三分钟耐力项目以及一套个人自由操动作。
